In 2023, our focus will be to complete all our projects which are under way in Pittsford and Canandaigua. Ketmar’s multi-skilled employees are loyal to us and will keep “business as usual” as Charlie and I look to see what our next venture will be.

While we may not be undertaking any new projects at this time, we will provide referrals and warranty service to our present and past clients.

The selection process is where personal style meets Ketmar knowledge. Flooring, trim, colors and other design details add true character to each space. With so many options to choose from, selecting the materials and finishes for your new home can seem a bit overwhelming. And Melissa Sargent, our Design Assisant, is here to help liberate your creativity and make the selection process enjoyable. All of our homes feature the highest quality products, such as siding from James Hardie.
