As a Ketmar client, you're assured of two things: what we're building is exactly what you want, and after the closing we offer a peace-of-mind warranty to protect it—and 24/7 service should you need it. That’s our promise.

Upon completion of your project, our 1, 2 and 6-year warranty coverage begins. When you are ready to move in, we compile all the manufacturers’ warranty information together with our written warranty document.

We schedule post-closing inspections of your completed home 30 days, 6 months and 1 year after completion and work quickly to make sure every last detail meets your exact specifications.

And to help preserve the quality level of your handcrafted home, addition or remodel, we recommend maintenance products that are finish-friendly and are green sensitive.

While serving as President of Rochester Homebuilders’ Association, Marie Kenton was instrumental in revising the Limited Warranty and Construction Performance Guidelines, which serves for the remaining years of your homeownership, and is prescribed by this association in accordance with the laws of New York State.
