Currently, we are developing three new home communities in the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes areas. Malvern Hills and The Cottages are located off of Route 64 in the Town of Pittsford and our lots on Seneca Point Road are on the western side of Canandaigua Lake in the Town of South Bristol.
